The fourth edition paid tribute to Jacqueline du Pré and her enduring influence on the world of cello.
第四届青岛国际大提琴艺术节以纪念杜普蕾诞辰80周年为主题，向这位影响深远的大提琴家致敬。
The 4th Qingdao International Cello Festival 2025 The 4th Qingdao International Cello Festival was held in Qingdao, China, from July 24 to 27, 2025. Under the artistic direction of internationally acclaimed cellist Li-Wei Qin, the festival brought together distinguished cellists, educators, and young musicians from China and around the world. The festival featured masterclasses, concerts, chamber music performances, concerto concerts, student activities, and the closing ensemble performance. It provided young cellists with a valuable opportunity to learn from leading international artists, perform on stage, and experience the power of musical exchange. The Closing Concert featured the Qingdao Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor Zhang Guoyong, together with renowned international cellists performing major works by Haydn, Boccherini, Fauré, Elgar, and others. The concert brought the 2025 festival to a memorable and successful conclusion.
2025第四届青岛国际大提琴艺术节 第四届青岛国际大提琴艺术节于2025年7月24日至27日在中国青岛举行。作为国内具有代表性的大提琴艺术交流平台，本届艺术节继续由国际著名大提琴家秦立巍担任艺术总监，汇聚来自中国、英国、德国、韩国、俄罗斯等国家和地区的优秀大提琴演奏家、教育家及青年音乐人才。 艺术节期间举办了大师课、音乐会、协奏曲之夜、室内乐演出、学员交流及闭幕合奏等丰富活动，为青年大提琴学习者提供了与国际大师近距离交流、学习和登台展示的机会。来自不同背景的艺术家与学员在青岛相聚，通过音乐分享经验、传递灵感，也共同展现了大提琴艺术深沉而温暖的魅力。 本届艺术节闭幕音乐会由张国勇执棒青岛交响乐团，携手多位国际知名大提琴家演出海顿、博凯里尼、福雷、埃尔加等大提琴经典作品，为第四届青岛国际大提琴艺术节画上圆满句号。
