Welcome to Qingdao and to the Fifth Qingdao International Cello Festival.
Since the inaugural festival in 2018, our vision has been to create a platform where artists and young musicians from around the world can come together through music, growing through artistic exchange, friendship, and shared inspiration. It is a great pleasure to welcome so many outstanding musicians back to Qingdao for another celebration of the cello.
Music is more than an art form—it is a universal language that transcends cultures and borders. Beyond performances and masterclasses, this festival is a place where ideas are exchanged, traditions are passed on, and future generations of musicians are inspired. We hope every participant will leave not only with new artistic experiences, but also with a deeper appreciation of collaboration, creativity, and the power of music.
This year, we are honored to welcome distinguished cellists, educators, and collaborative pianists from around the world. Through concerts, masterclasses, lectures, and chamber music, they will share their artistry and experience with audiences and young musicians alike.
My heartfelt thanks go to all our guest artists, teachers, partners, volunteers, and supporters. Thanks to your dedication, the Qingdao International Cello Festival continues to grow as an important bridge connecting China with the international cello community.

欢迎大家来到美丽的青岛，共同参加第五届青岛国际大提琴艺术节。
自2018年首届艺术节创办以来，我们始终希望通过这一平台，让来自世界各地的艺术家与青年学子因音乐相聚，在交流中成长，在分享中收获友谊与灵感。今天，我们非常高兴再次迎来来自不同国家和地区的优秀音乐家，共同开启这场属于大提琴的盛会。
音乐不仅是一门艺术，更是一种跨越语言与文化的沟通方式。艺术节不仅是学习和展示的平台，更是激发梦想、传承艺术、培养未来音乐人才的重要舞台。在这里，我们希望每一位学员不仅能够提升演奏水平，更能够学会倾听、合作、思考与表达，找到属于自己的音乐声音。
今年，我们非常荣幸邀请到来自世界各地的杰出大提琴演奏家、教育家和钢琴艺术指导齐聚青岛。他们将通过大师课、音乐会、讲座以及室内乐活动，与大家分享宝贵的艺术经验。我们也希望更多观众走进音乐厅，感受现场音乐带来的感动与力量。
