Boris Andrianov Boris Andrianov is one of the leading Russian cellists of his generation. A prizewinner of the International Tchaikovsky Competition and numerous prestigious international competitions, he has established an international reputation through his outstanding artistry, technical brilliance, and expressive musicianship. As a soloist, he has appeared with major orchestras throughout Russia and abroad, collaborating with distinguished conductors and musicians around the world. Alongside the traditional cello repertoire, he is also known for his commitment to contemporary music and innovative artistic projects. A dedicated educator and cultural leader, Boris Andrianov is the founder and Artistic Director of the Vivacello International Cello Festival, one of Russia’s most influential cello festivals. Through his artistic and educational activities, he continues to support young musicians and promote international cultural exchange. He currently teaches at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and is regularly invited to present masterclasses and serve on the juries of major international competitions.
