Yeonjin Kim

Korean cellist Yeonjin Kim is Resident Faculty at the Tianjin Juilliard School, where she teaches graduate cello and chamber music as well as Pre-College cello. Internationally acclaimed as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician, she has appeared at the Kennedy Center, Konzerthaus Berlin, Berlin Philharmonie, Seoul Arts Center, and Suntory Hall. She has been a top prizewinner at the Sorantin International Competition, the Bossart Award, the Dichler-Sato International Competition, and the Viva Hall Competition, and has performed as soloist with orchestras in the United States, Korea, China, and the Philippines. A committed chamber musician, she performs with her two sisters in Trio K and has also served as assistant principal or guest principal cellist with several American orchestras. She studied at Seoul National University, Toho Gakuen, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and the University of Michigan, earning degrees through the Doctor of Musical Arts level.

金妍珍是韩国大提琴家，现任天津茱莉亚学院常驻教师，教授研究生大提琴、室内乐及大学预科大提琴课程。她以独奏家、独奏会演奏家和室内乐演奏家的身份活跃于国际舞台，曾登台肯尼迪中心、柏林音乐厅、柏林爱乐大厅、首尔艺术中心和东京三得利音乐厅。她曾在美国Sorantin国际比赛、Bossart奖、奥地利Dichler-Sato国际比赛及日本Viva Hall比赛中获奖，并与美国、韩国、中国和菲律宾的多支乐团合作担任独奏。她长期从事室内乐合作，与两位姐妹组成Trio K，同时曾担任西北印第安纳交响乐团大提琴助理首席及多家乐团客席首席。她毕业于首尔大学、桐朋学园、克利夫兰音乐学院和密歇根大学，分别获得学士、专业证书、硕士和音乐艺术博士学位。
